I guess the collective ills of the recent C-19 fiasco accelerated the current descent of large portions of the global population into degrees of wretchedness. The fear associated with the death and dying by the hand of an engineered pathogen was only aggravated by the inappropriate public health interventions that followed, not least of all, the inappropriate, ineffective and lethal toxins which continue to ravage so many innocent and unsuspecting folk.
The trauma of this melancholia has driven individuals more than ever before to address an existential crisis of being - in a nut-shell, ‘What’s life all about?’ We know from the writings of many that those folk arriving at the precipice and who are unable to pull back, descend into a terminal abyss where they either succumb by their own hand or develop a lethal and terminal malady.
In neuropsychological terms, this potentially terminal mind state is characterized by a person devoid of curiosity for the environment and devoid of a meaningful and purposeful aspiration. Devolving further into a subjective belief of irrelevance literally becomes the final nail in the coffin, sealing their fates.
Much of this dynamic is underpinned by neuro-immunology. The state of hopeless-helplessness gives rise to a drop in dopamine and serotonin levels which is associated with the secretion of inflammatory mediators. The state of chronic inflammation which follows, underpins many lethal conditions including cardicac and neuro-vascular disease; many cancers; neuro-degenerative disorders; auto-immune disorders; serious infections. But the real whammy is that the raised inflammatory mediators further diminish the dopamine and serotonin levels and thereby initiate and sustain a vicious circle. The process may be further aggravated by chronic fear, anxiety, panic and rage and the subsequent secretion of raised adrenalin/noradrenalin levels. The latter serves to further enhance inflammatory levels by upregulation at the nuclear level.
A further consequence of this combined dynamic is the suppression of immune function which contributes to malignant spread as well as to a vulnerability to severe infection. Completing the catastrophe is the suppression of P53 in the cell nucleus by inflammatory mediators which predisposes to abnormal DNA splicing, the suppression of the natural elimination process of pathological progeny cells and thereby the predisposition to malignant cell formation.
Neuropsychologically, states of mind that incorporate curiosity, enthusiasm, meaningfulness and purposefulness give rise to high levels of dopamine and serotonin and maintain life-promoting states of being. The most potent of human emotions is that of belief. Belief (together with empathy and trust) is associated with the heightened secretion of oxytocin which has multiple beneficial physiological effects: It increases dopamine secretion; suppresses inflammation; suppresses amygdala-based fear; and suppresses excessive cortisol production. It becomes clear therefore how the physiology of belief (and trust) gives rise to the placebo effect (accounting for up to 50% of the effectiveness of all interventions!).
Once an understanding of this dynamic is attained, it becomes clearer as to how the ills of the C-19 plandemic impacted so destructively upon our physiology and thereby contributed to the toxicity of the components: Excessive fear enhanced inflammation and predisposed to the cytokine storm; Spike protein contributed to the raised levels of inflammatory mediators and also further suppressed P53 activity; The increased inflammatory activity further predisposed to the hopeless-helpless mind state; The physical isolation of individuals in multiple circumstances suppressed the secretion of oxytocin with all its negative consequences; Immune suppression predisposed to infection and the emergence and spread of malignancy (obviously aggravated by P53 suppression).
Thus we arrive at a place where the current existential crisis being experienced by so many is a product not only of the psychological traumas of the plandemic but also results from a sustained mind state underpinned by the neuro-immune chemistry. Of late, this existential crisis is being further aggravated by the rapid integration of AI into the workplace and the subsequent threat of redundancies.
The appropriate solution is to seek out the required meaning and purpose and with it, the curiosity to fuel the endeavour. The critical, required component is value contribution to the greater whole. Value contribution can be defined as making something better than it was before engaging with it. This applies initially to self, but then is inclusive of one’s personal environment and the environment at large. Fundamental to value contribution is the requirement that we develop a sensitivity and empathy to self and to those in the greater extended environment. In this way we may see ourselves as well as our suffering in the lives and suffering of others and thereby develop the motivation for value contribution. Additionally we contribute meaningfully to our own self-actualization. This was one of the core themes in the teachings of Viktor Frankl. Frankl took the concept further by indicating that this engagement would contribute materially to finding our own personal meaning and purpose.
Allied to value contribution is the concept of gratitude. Effectively, gratitude is empathy received from something bigger than self. It is an acknowledgement of one’s fortunate attributes and blessings as well as the acknowledgement of the existence of an order greater than oneself. This leads poignantly on to another of Frankl’s teachings – transform the expectations that you have of life into the question rather of what the greater order of things requires as a value contribution from you as a unique self-actualized individual. Here lies the real driver to attaining personal meaning and purpose. Thence flows the relevance of life with the physiology which previously conspired against us now becoming supportive and sustaining at many levels – the Human Spirit is experienced in its purest form.
Finally an endorsement of the fact that life’s challenges are not new. Here is a more than 2000 year old quote from the Ethics of the Fathers (Hillel the Elder):
"If I am not for myself, who will be for me? And being for myself, what am 'I'? And if not now, when?"

Thank you for posting this. I think most of us walk the line between reality and the ones that are created for us. It is difficult to navigate the truth in the weeds of constant lies and manipulations. Once we take the effort to do so, it gives us gratification in doing so in knowing that it is still attainable. Not to sound simplistic, but it is the decision to take the journey that saves us, like the decision Neo had to make in the Matrix.
Thx for this; everything is so demonic & crazy right now that this gave me some really calming perspective
