Integral to the existence of mankind is the concept of ownership. That which we own is an extension of our being during the period of our earthly sojourn. Implicit in the concept of ownership is accountability – we are held accountable for all that we own. Ownership is therefore a sacred bond between us in our essence and that which we own and for which we are held accountable. It follows then that we alone may decide to give up ownership of an item that we own. In so doing we either enter into an agreement to trade ownership with another which incorporates an agreed exchange of value for that which we owned and for which we accept compensation in kind. Alternatively we may decide to terminate that which we have owned and necessarily assume full responsibility for the consequences of the voluntary termination. While ownership applies to every physical artefact, property, idea, concept and word, the most sacred of that which we own is our life and wellbeing.
Consequently the removal of an owned item without discussion and appropriate agreement is regarded as theft and if the removal is by force it is regarded as robbery. If robbery occurs by use of a lethal weapon it is termed robbery with ‘aggravating circumstances’. By its very nature, theft or robbery reflects an act of willful intent. Integral to this theft is full knowledge that the item being stolen is owned by another and that its removal will result in loss to the other. Conversely the removal of an item for which there is no knowledge of ownership by another would not be referred to as theft or robbery conditional to the return of the item once full knowledge is gained.
Acts of theft and robbery require mechanisms inherent in the collective to deter this behaviour so as to uphold and sustain the sacredness of ownership. Once theft and/robbery have been shown to have occurred beyond reasonable doubt, the perpetrator is obliged to return the stolen item or compensation of equivalent value thereof. Added to this is an additional penalty/punishment representing a deterrent to future similar destructive action. The magnitude of the penalty will also be determined by any show of genuine remorse by the perpetrator as well as by the degree of ownership and responsibility shown by the perpetrator for the act of theft.
Thus we turn our attention to the violations of ownership perpetrated in the broadest context of that which has been termed Covid-19. By the end of the first quarter of 2021 the following facts were validated:
1. Lockdowns, masks and social distancing were ineffective in suppressing viral infections
2. The vax was short-lasting and ineffective in preventing illness, suppressing viral loads and spread
3. Natural immunity was far more superior than the vax and the only way that herd immunity could be achieved
4. The overall mortality was less than 1% with children experiencing nothing more than a flu-like illness
5. Adverse reactions to the vax included permanent severe morbidity and an increasing mortality rate
The removal of life, wellbeing and prosperity occurred in the face of published data available to all and sundry. This removal occurred without discussion or consent and is therefore regarded as theft. Since this theft occurred by force of mandated coercion with a potentially lethal weapon it is in fact robbery with aggravating circumstances.
The aggrieved that have been robbed include all that have lost life and limb due to the vax as well as their next of kin; all that suffer mental and emotional consequences of the failed and destructive public health initiative; all who have lost livelihoods and prosperity. The perpetrators include all who contributed to the failed public health initiative; all who denied natural immunity and the low mortality in the vast majority of the afflicted; all who contributed to the coercion of the inoculation of the toxic and ineffective immune manipulation into the bodies of the unsuspecting masses.
The perpetration of this dastardly deed needs to be brought to an immediate end. Additionally the perpetrators need to be held accountable by the aggrieved masses and brought to book wherever they may be. Civilized society seeks nothing less than just retribution and assurances built into a universal Bill of Rights that never again can such crimes be perpetrated by the few against an unsuspecting global population in violation of the Nuremberg Code.
Well articulated. Thank you, the rule of law is supposed to support this idea of ownership. When the laws are not supported in an even fashion for all the trouble happens. Guess that’s where we are. Ugh. Crack, squeak, boom.
As always pertinent and to the point, well written Ian
